Changing FMC 1000 GUI password

Hi,

I tried to change the GUI Admin password of our FMC 1000 but it always give me this error: "An error has occurred when updating user account information in the firmware for Lights-Out Management access. See log files for more details about possible causes of the failure."

also I tried to deselect the option "Allow Lights-Out Management Access" but I couldn't.

Any solutions for this issue

If you have assigned the user the Administrator role, the Administrator Options appear. You can select Allow Lights-Out Management Access to grant Lights-Out Management access to the user. See Lights-Out Management Overview for more information about Lights-Out Management.

I tried that but the issue is that this option is greyed out I can’t disable or enable it.
