Cisco ASA 5516x ASDM hangs at 28% authenticating to firepower

II have a 5516x that ASDM Hangs at 28% when trying to authenticate to firepower. If I unplug the mgmt cable I can manage the firewall but not Firepower. There are no errors in the java console. I m running ASA9.16.3 ASDM 7181-152 FPWR 7.0.2. I have tried different versions of the ASDM but with no luck.

how about from console are you able to see the module working or any logs ?

Yes I am able to login via the console.

take some maintenance window, reboot and reset the module and test it.

I restarted the SFR and it is working so far. I had done this in the past and it happens again after a day or 2. I will try again tomorrow and see if it is still working.

So it works for a short period of time but then hangs again and I have to reboot the SFR
