hi all ,
i have cisco fmc with ftd 6.7 am trying to solve error cisco cloud configuration failure
and i tried may options include change timout to 50 and check region in devices
, devices already registerd in cloud
* changed timeout
expert $ sudo su # vi /etc/sf/cloudagent.conf press "i" to enter insert mode change the IPREP_CONN_TIMEOUT value from "5" to "50"
* check region
edit /ngfw/etc/sf/connector.properties on all failing devices and set connector_fqdn to the region defined in /ngfw/var/tmp/tds-cloud-events.json on that device.
* fmc alreday registerd in site x .you cam check attached file
is there any thing else i can do to check that this issue and how i can trubleshoot it

Make sure the FTD devices themselves have valid DNS servers defined.
Verify with "ping system tools.cisco.com" from the FTD cli.
