cisco firepower web seesion timeout

Hello.

My web session keeps expiring in one firepower I manage.

When I connect to the firepower web, the session expires in 1~3 minutes irregularly.

In some cases, you cannot log in because your session has expired.

The browser session timeout is set to 60 minutes.

When I try to change the browser session expiration time, I get a warning saying "The Host that you are trying to configure '192.168.189.78' could not be reached."

But 192.168.189.78 is not my IP. Maybe I've used it before. However, it is an IP that is not on the network right now.

I checked the /var/log/httpd/httpsd_error_log file.

[Thu May 13 12:58:35.074592 2021] [jk:error] [pid 22363] (22)Invalid argument: apr_global_mutex_lock(jk_log_lock) failed
[Thu May 13 12:58:35.074659 2021] [jk:error] [pid 22363] (22)Invalid argument: apr_global_mutex_unlock(jk_log_lock) failed
[Thu May 13 12:58:46.081349 2021] [jk:error] [pid 13349] (22)Invalid argument: apr_global_mutex_lock(jk_log_lock) failed
[Thu May 13 12:58:46.081392 2021] [jk:error] [pid 13349] (22)Invalid argument: apr_global_mutex_unlock(jk_log_lock) failed

After the session expires, the error occurs at the end of the log file.

Does anyone know a solution?

My conclusion is :

I suspect FMC VM hasn't enough RAM(Memory).

It is installed in workstation, the workstation hasn't enough memory. (Sorry, I don't recall specific amount of memory)

When I expanded the FMC VM, the frequency of occurence of this sysptom has decreased.
