Cisco FTD 4110 in Active Active Cluster Mode

Does anyone have a good deployment guide for the latest version of FTD 4110 in Active Active Cluster mode?

2-node clusters are usually more trouble than they are worth since the throughput is only 60% of the individual units' combined throughput. So 1 + 1 = 1.2 in this case.

Multi-instance can be useful depending on your use case.
