I have checked by remove and re enter eth card, replace CMOS battery but issue was still there. Then I have removed both the RAM and connected one by one. I have found 1 RAM as faulty. Right now only 1 RAM is connected and PIX is working agian. I will arrange another new RAM and will connect it in Cisco PIX.

Hi,
You might need to replace CMOS battery. Before that, check this thread, perform all tests to see if there are any faults, and/or change the jumper settings: https://community.cisco.com/t5/network-security/pix-booting-problem/td-p/487591
Regards,
Cristian.
