I misconfigured my ACS authentication (or something) and need to console into my VPN 3005 concentrator and undo my changes to restore my admin access to the device. However, I'm having problems consoling into the device.
I'm using the standard robin-egg blue cable with a terminal adapater on each end. My Hyperterminal settings are set as they would be to console into a router/switch, which I can do without any problems. What am I missing as far as consoling into the concentrator?
Please advise.
