hi all,
This first time i touch nac appliance so i need guide from you all.
1- DB error Profiler using version 2.1.8.37 factory default version .
.2- Try access using GUI https://ip_profiler and appear DB error .
4- Profiler license for HA .
5- this DB error appear at second for primary profiler not ready configure.

Hi,
Do you get this messages after login?
If yes, then I would do the following:
1 - Do the GUI password recovery and try to login with the new account: https://supportforums.cisco.com/message/3204663#3204663.
2 - If the new user still gets the same problem, you can go deep troubleshooting or simply re-image the box...if you have not configured nothing yet...i would simply reimage the Profiler and consider using the 3.1.x version which is much more user friendly.

hi ,
Now my problem for DB error solve but i have another problem
1- needed upgrade version profiler 2.x.x to the latest version 3.x..x .My problem is when using putty.exe or winscp328.exe to access the profiler using ssh ,failed access to profiler .
2-Reset configuration and change the new username & password but still same can't log in using putty or winscp328 but successful using https://ip_profiler
3- here my step reconfigure factory for profiler .
1-/root/.resetProfiler factory
2-reconfigure all database profiler
Changing the beacon and root system user account password
1-passwd beacon -change the beacon password (cisco123)
2- Passwd root - change the root password (cisco123)
any idea ?

Are you trying to login to the Profiler via SSH as the beacon user?

hi ,
1-upgrade version profiler 3.1.x.x .ISO file boot from CD.
2-after completed upgrade version i can access using https,
3-but when i try access using putty or winscp prompt error " Using Keyboard -interactive authenticate "
4-tired type username & password but still can't access
5-i try change the new username and password but still can't access
any idea ?

Hello,
You can't login to the profiler using the root user. You have to login as beacon, issue the "su" command, and then put in the root password to make yourself root.
