Do ASA's store any end user data on non-volatile storage

Sorry for what may be a dumb question. We are retiring two older ASA's and my management is asking if ASA's store any end user data on non-volatile storage (Disk/NVRAM/etc).

There may be local usernames stored on disk0. Their encrypted passwords are there if you were using local usernames in the running-configuration or any backups thereof you were using and had stored on the local disk.
Physically that's a compact flash (CF) card plugged into a slot inside the unit. You can reformat the flash or remove the CF card entirely if you want to ensure that information is all gone. (Of course if will leave the ASA unbootable beyond rommon.)
