Firepower 1120 crash issue

Hi Cisco Team and engineers

URGENT HELP REQUIRE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We have a cisco firepower 1120 H/W with 7.4.1 S/W version and manage by FMCV, we are facing very weird issue, my firewall keeps crashing 2-3 times attaching details below, I have keep tracking cisco tec engineers for the solution but looks they are not want to entertain us...

Not sure about 7.4.1 patch, but 7.2.6 should become available soon and this bug should be fixed there.

@adity can you please share the TAC case number (via DM if you prefer)? My Cisco contact tells me this bug should be fixed in version 7.4.1 already.

Indeed, in the bug toolkit we can see Known Fixed Release 9.20.2 and https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/security/secure-firewall/compatibility/threat-defense-compatibility.html tells that 7.4.1 runs Lina 9.20(2.2).
