Hi all, I have some problem with FPR2110 (with FTD OS).
It's already registered once before, but suddenly disconnected with CSSM.
I checked it can ping with Internet and tools.cisco.com.
but when I tried to resync with CSSM on Web Ui (on FDM), it doesn't work.
How can I fix this problem?

I suggest generating a new registration token in the CSSM portal, un-register the FMC in the FMC GUI, and then re-register the FMC.

From the cli run "ping system tools.cisco.com".
The system keyword tells it to use the management interface and DNS server associated there vs. a data interface (and possibly a different DNS server).

I checked ping system "host", and it works.
but I still have problem...

Please check your smart licensing portal to see if there is an issue with the license.
If all is good, then I would suggest re-registering the FDM with smart licensing.

Thank you for reply Marius Gunnerud.
Here is software.cisco.com license issue about the device. And it happened last September.
SN is FPR Chassis's number.

If ping from system works, then I suggest removing the FMC entry from CSSM and then re-registering it.
