Firewall 1010 VPN Establishment capability for remote user is disabled

I was able to connect to my Firewall using the FQDN, download AnyConnect and install (Win 10 Pro), attempt a connection but I get the following error: VPN Establishment capability for remote user is disabled. AVPN connection will not be established.

Any help is appreciated.

This error is because I was in and RDP session on the machine running the AnyConnect. I logged directly on the workstation and was able to connect with AnyConnect client.

can you explain with more details how you solved that issue?

I experienced same error message ("VPN Establishment capability for remote user is disabled") but I don't know how to fix it.
