FMC 2600 CLI Denied Access

Hi everyone,

I got FMC 2600 v6.6.1 (build91) the users are created normally in System > Configuration > Users, the account has no problem in accessing FMC GUI, but in CLI it can not access, always showing "Access Denied" even though we key-in correct credential.

By the way we are using latest putty to SSH in FMC

For FMC what is the command to create account to have access in CLI?

PS. I don't have issue with access FTD in CLI.

Hi,

Internal users will get gui access only. External users can have both gui
and cli access. You can access using admin user both gui and cli.

Hope this helps

My admin accounts can not access the FMC through CLI using ssh connections.  External accounts are also not working through SSH.  I don't know what is missing.
