Navigate to System > Health > Policy > "Your Policy" > Edit, then scroll down to "User Agent Status (deprecated)" and toggle the Enabled field to Off. Hit "Save Policy and Exit" button.
To apply the health policy, click on the pretty well hidden/confusing "Apply" button (the small green checkmark near the other actions such as the Edit), select the device you want to get rid of this and hit "Apply" button again. Check for the policy deployment status at the regular Notifications page.
