FMC Error "smart licensing id certificate expired"

I've deployed a new FMC VM on a new VMWare server and i have restored a backup from an old running FMC VM and every thing is going fine till i tried to register the smart license which took too long time with no success , there was an error from the FMC which says "smart licensing id certificate expired"

FMC version is 6.3.0.3 , smart license is not in use by any other device.

any solution please ?

yes this solved the problem but i was unable to use these commands without some more serches

Just how to save the changes from step one for the work around also how to enter the mode which i can change the SQL attributes from but after searching i found the missing steps.
