planning to upgrade our cisco ASA

we are planning to upgrade our cisco ASA software, currently we have ASA modals (5525, 5545,5555) working on 9.12x  and regarding services we have HA, VPN, NAT, in our environment, So please suggest which versions cisco suggest & which version cisco recommend to upgrade.

9.12.X  is still stable version, what is the reason of upgrade. any issue or any security issue ? or experience any issues ?

Version 9.12.4 interim is the latest gold star cisco recommended version, so I'd go with that version.

FYI, It looks like 9.14.2 interim is the maximum version supported for your ASA hardware, so it would appear you cannot upgrade to 9.15 or later going forward.
