Have an FMC 4500 where we set a custom community string in Settings -> Configuration -> SNMP. However, our vulnerability scanner is alerting us that it has a default community string of public. Ran snmpwalk and confirmed that it does reply to the community string "public" with some information. And it also answers to the custom community string we set and that reply has a lot more information.
Any idea on why it's still replying to public? Is there any way to disabled that? We assumed once the custom string was set, it wouldn't reply to it

FMC 7.x, and we're using snmpv2. We clicked Save because it's replying to the custom community string too. Does it need to be set it two places like it does on FTD?
