Hello
Could smb help me to resolve my problem, I have a number of Firepower 2130 pairs working as Active/Active with the next versions of software:
Cisco Adaptive Security Appliance Software Version 9.18(3)56 <system>
SSP Operating System Version 2.12(0.519)
Device Manager Version 7.19(1)90
When I've upgraded them to the 9.20(3)13 version (we upgraded three pair of devices and on all of them we noticed similar behavior), after upgrading the software version became like this:
Cisco Adaptive Security Appliance Software Version 9.20(3)13 <system>
SSP Operating System Version 2.14(2.115)
Device Manager Version 7.20(2)
All of the devices are in the Appliance mode.
But after 3 days our FP clusters started to crash, after which we returned to the previous version.
We upgraded according this document https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/security/asa/upgrade/asa-upgrade/asa-appliance-asav.html#id_58521
Could you tell me whats wrong?
Thank you in advance!

@kz-support hard to tell without any logs or further information to troubleshoot, you'd be better off contacting TAC to troubleshoot.
9.20(3)16 is currently the latest version, so there maybe bugs fixed since 9.20(3)13 which you were using before downgrading. Have a look at the resolved defects in the latest version. https://www.cisco.com/web/software/280775065/169554/ASA-9203-Interim-Release-Notes.html
