FPR1010 Is there any way to modify the system via cli like the ASA?  I know you can get into the system support diagnostic-cli but that doesn't allow for much.  Is there another way to config through cli?

why do you want to do that?  new system to use most of the time GUI to perform the task, most case FMC does all for you, what is the use case, May be and near the Future, i know that CLI slowly get away since better GUI and API coming in limelight.

Generally speaking, no. There are a very few config type commands that are allowed via the cli. Most are either for initial bootstrap (set management address, gateway etc.) of some unusual corner cases that are very seldom used. 98% of all configuration must be done either via the respective management GUI (FMC or FDM/CDO) or potentially directly via the REST API. (FDM and CDO actually use the REST API under the covers.)
