FPR1010 Unable to access GUI via FDM

I am using cisco FPR1010 and created new user via CLI. I am able to login to CLI with that user, but unable to login to GUI. Suggest please.

@Himanshu_Dwivedi when using FDM you cannot create additional local mgmt (admin) users, you can only create local RAVPN users.

If you want additional mgmt/admin users you must use an external identity source.
