FTD 2110 initially setup for local FDM Management. Now, need to deploy FTD2110 with FMC Management and a new IP address. How do I change the Management IP address after the intial setup script has ran?

Since you have FDM access, I believe you should be able to change it from the FDM itself.
Via FTD CLI:
configure network ipv4 manual <mgmt0 IP> <netmask> <gateway> management0
"show network" should show you the management ip address.

Thanks "Rahul Govindan",
But management0 at the end of this command is only for 4100 and 9300 series.
Don't use it on there models.
configure network ipv4 manual <mgmt0 IP> <netmask> <gateway> management0
Multiple management interfaces are supported on Firepower 4100 and 9300 series devices only. Do not specify this parameter
for other platforms. The management interface IDs on the Firepower 4100 and 9300 are management0 for the default management interface and management1 for the optional event interface.
Best Regards,

is a great firewall I have been managing one of these since 2021 and it has not fail or miss the first time, great device:
to perform the task you want please run:
scope fabric-interconnect a (press enter)
set out static ip <ip> net <mask> gw <gateway>

the command I gave you will work on FTD only if you are on ASA do what @Rahul Govindan said, but run the Firepower 2110 as ASA is a waste, run it as FTD with FMC is great solution for small-medium duties
