Hi,
I am trying to download image from FTP server my config is given below. I am not able to ping Gateway neither ftp server. Am I missing anything here ?

One thing i can think of is this procedure can not be completed using management link only data ports can be used?

The wrong port could be the reason. There are other ways like USB available. Perhaps that will be easier:

Thanks for the response is there any way we can change the port to mgmt0?
