FTD CISCO 2110 WITH ASA IMAGE - USB NOT RECOGNIZED

Hello everyone! I'm having trouble recognizing the USB on the FTD 2110. My intention is to use it to re-image the ASA. I've formatted the flash drive to FAT32 a few times and the USB is not recognized on it. Do you have any tips to solve this problem? All the articles I read only recommended formatting the Pen Drive to FAT32 and that didn't solve the problem.

USB 2.0 with FAT 32 should be good to work. what model or USB brand is this ?

Do you have any other USB drive with that you can test ?

still an issue, raise an TAC case. (not sure USB port may be broken or malfunctioning ?)

Unfortunately yes! the firmware installed on the chassis is cisco-asa-fp2k.9.12.4.SPA.

Not sure is a physical issue on the device, you have other options like TFTP if you like to go that route.

or if you have a contract raise a TAC case to investigate for you.

Please note that a drive in the USB port of the Firepower 2100 series is NOT supported for image (CSP file) upload.
