can some body suggest me that with these specfic hardware what is the best IOS i can upgrade on this device. Please remember that i am not upgrading the hardware for this device.

I would stick with the 8.0.x code as if you upgrade it to version 8.2 and higher, you would need to upgrade the memory and as you have stated earlier, you are not in the position to upgrade the hardware.
So i would suggest to upgrade to version 8.0.5 which is the latest in 8.0 release.
Just FYI, here is the memory required on ASA5520 to upgrade it to version 8.2 or higher:

Hi Rahul,
It would seem to me the newest software you can get for the above device (without adding additional memory) is 8.2(5)
Here is a link to the memory requirements of different ASA models for software level 8.3 and beyond
