IDS MC 2.02 - IPLog/Trigger Packet Retrieval

When trying to retrieve IPLog traces or the trigger packets from the Security Monitor, I get the following error message:

Packet Viewer - ERROR

java/awt/Component: method getHeight()| not found

Unable to initialize Packet Viewer.

Of course, the trace doesn't come up.

Any work arounds for fixes for this issue?

It is a java related problem in the browser you are using. You will have to change the java settings in the browser. If the browser is IE, the sun java console setting will have to be changed.
