Importing ASA CX module into PRSM

I went to import an ASA CX into PRSM and received the following error:

Invalid HA configuration: Failover LAN interface status is not 'up.' Please check that both the primary and secondary units are configured properly for failover, and that the LAN interface is active. If you want to import this device as a stand-alone unit, please use the 'no failover' command to turn off the failover configuration and try importing the device again.

The reason the ASA is in a failed failover status is because the other ASA came with a bad CX module.  What I need to know is if I change the ASA to standalone, what will I need to do in PRSM when the replacement arrives and I put the ASA's into an A/S pair?

TIA,

Dan

I'm not positive but I believe you'd have to remove and then re-add the ASA + CX when you change mode from standalone to failover pair.

If you've requested a new unit via RMA it should normally arrive next business day so it'd be best to simply wait for it.
