Have you updated the access list on SSM module ?

Issue "session 1" from ASA to login to SSM and then on SSM issue "setup" command to update the access list.

Unless the IP address from which you wish to connect to SSM is not in the access list of SSM, it won't be able to connect.

Hi Sawan.

Thanks for your help.

Now I can access/ping to IPS but when I login to https://192.168.1.2 and click "Run IDN" , it showing that "Unable to lunch application" and detail is "Unable to load resource: https://192.168.1.2/public/idm/idm.jnlp

I also try from ASDM and it show " Error connecting to sensor"

plase advise how can i proceed.

Regards,

I think you have incompatible Java version installed. You may want to install JRE 6.33 and then try.
