IPSec/GRE Packet overhead calculation

After many years of trying to do this we finally switched to a third party box to do QOS through our network since Cisco didn't seem to have an solution to do this.

Is there any way, for the purposes of applying some form of QOS (LLQ or GTS/WFQ) for a Cisco router to calculate the IPSec/GRE overhead that it applies to each packet?

In other words, on a IPSec HMAC transport mode/GRE network, 56 bytes will be added to every IP packet sent through the network (tunnel mode, AH, and DSL/Cable make this number even larger). A 200 byte IP packet will be 256 when examined from the "WAN" perspective. This has an impact on the potential bandwidth available, the smaller the packets, the larger the impact. Is there any way to get the router to account for this fact? (The separate QOS box that we are using does)

As far as I know, you cannot get the box to calculate this on fly

Thanks for your reply. I've been looking for a way to do this with Cisco hardware for several years now, but have yet to see a way to do it.
