Missing some info in device template in SDWAN

Hi A device template is created and then got the below error message during attaching process. The error message says " required fields are missing in the following templates" Please see the below. The question is I do not know what is missing. Anyone can share some experience? Thank you

Is this info missing at Device template or feature template? There are so many field that need to fill for the template. How can we know this?
