Hello pros,
We are using NAC solution with HA NAS pair in one of branch called branch A witch is connected to our main branch with 20 MB MPLS connection. In the main branch we have HA NAM pair being used. We have also other 5 more branches with some of the branch having NAC modules and other have NAS HA pairs.
NAC OOB VG mode is being used and all the branches are working fine. The main issue now we are facing is that whenever we access the branch A NAS switch port from the NAM manager GUI by going to OOB management and devices then selcting the particular switch and clicking the port for changing the profile from the default uncontrolled to the particular branch profile it gives the above error " unable to get port list from the switch". It we keep on trying for some time then able to open the page, do the port bounce and other stuffs. The branch A has 3 3750 switch stacked together and access with one single IP address and the same IP address used for the NAS switch profile.
Before open the TAC I am posting here for your support. Now let me parallely try TAC case collection also.
Please give us your responce asap.

Hi,
on the NAM, go to "clean access" menu, click on "updates" then "update".
Check everything and click on the update button.
Your NAM needs internet connection obviously.
This will update the snmp tables of the NAM and usually improves compatibility with some switch models/versions.
Hope this helps.

Dear,
I tried it and we are facing the same issue. we have staked those 3 switches. We have already opned the TAC and the enginner also asked me to do the same workaround you have given.
What will we try next to resolve this issue?
