Nortel Contivity and PIX Interoperability

Does anyone know of any interoperability issues with configuring a VPN between a Nortel Contivity switch and a PIX 515?

Be sure that the IKE lifetime and the ipsec SA lifetime is the same on the PIX and the Nortel, I have seen mismatches in these settings cause connectivity problems.
