Outlook being logged out automatically few days after upgrading my FTD

is there a possiblity that my FTD is the one causing the outlook to log out from random users and it will ask the user to log back in with their credentials?

i have upgraded my FTD from 7.0.4 to 7.0.5 with Cisco5508X appliance and FMC 7.3.0 running snort3.

is this something that i need to look into my FTD? i even tried disabling my ACP and opened all website to check if that was the one causing the problem but still outlook problems exist.

anyone please? any idea on this issue? is this possible that FTD will force outlook to logout and let the user log back in? i just want to make sure if this is on the FTD or not so i can rule out something from my troubleshooting. by the way we are using outlook 2016 if this may help.
