Hi Team:
I'm trying to do a password recovery to ASA5525-x with Firepower service in referend to the guide in the link
https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/security/asa/asa93/configuration/general/asa-general-cli/basic-hostname-pw.html#91949. We did as the same commands but it still boots as firepower. I'm not sure if this is the correct guide for Asa with firepower.
Thanks,
Jhon

I can see your boot log boot with FXOS image i guess
rommon #2> boot
Launching BootLoader...
Boot configuration file contains 1 entry.
Loading disk0:/os.img... Booting...
where as the document boot with ASA image
rommon #2> boot Launching BootLoader...
Boot configuration file contains 1 entry.
Loading disk0:/asa800-226-k8.bin... Booting...Loading...
check the boot variable and correct it.
