PIX 506E didn't boot after power off

I have a PIX 506E with IOS VER 6.1 up and running without any problems from more than year. And now if it powered off, it didn’t boot. And when I open the chasse and clear its CMOS battery using jumper beside the battery, it boots o.k. and running will

Can any one tell me what the problem is and how I can fix it??
