PIX 515 Failover scenario

I am proposing PIX-515 Active/failover bundle with 6 interfaces in each box.

Does the failovers box activated even a single interface (suppose DMZ #1) is down in the primary box ?

actually there is a threshold that gets defined, above which if interfaces are down, failover occures.

You can configure the number of failed interfaces before a failover occurs. Cisco call this defining the criteria for failover and you can select the number of failed interfaces that triggers failover or express this as a percentage of failed interfaces.
