Hi,
There's something strange. After executing a "write erase" command on a pix, it can't boot completely and we can't get the prompt.before, it worked fine.

"write erase" should wipe the config but it should still boot to prompt pixfirewall>. Sounds like OS problem. what do you get on console?

It should boot OS from there, like this: "#########..."
You could try TFTPing new OS image from monitor mode.

Hi,
we shutted down the pix yesterday and reboot it this morning. It works now, we couldn't yet change the ios but i'm sure the we'll met the same problem when we launch again a write erase.
Is it possible to copy an ios in another pix to a tftp server? if no,where can we dowload an ios?
