If i configure primary and secondry PIX then will these two PIXs can do load sharing ?

For PIX failover load sharing you need FO active/active licence (avaiable from 7.0 code)

Even with v7 and active-active failover, I would say that it is not true load-balancing: it is per-context load-balancing. In each context (virtual firewall) one of the pair is active, the other standby.
For true load balancing you might consider putting a CSS in front of the PIXs.
