Port natting when no nat-control is set

is there any clue to NAT PORTS when no nat-control is active "Enable traffic through the firewall without address translation"?

Not sure if I understand your question...

Do you want to perform a port-forwarding rule while nat control is not enabled?

If that is the question there is no problem doing that, it's going to work whether you have nat-control on or not.
