Hi .. if you know the IP addresses of its interfaces then you can allocate yourself an IP in the range of the M0/0 port and then ...
Alternatively, for management purposes, you can also connect an Ethernet cable to the
adaptive security appliance MGMT port. TheMGMT port is a Fast Ethernet interface designed
for management traffic only and is specified as Management0/0. The MGMT port is similar to the
Console port, but the MGMT port accepts only incoming traffic.
Of course you can also ssh or telnet in to the ASA ..
I hope it helps .. please rate it if it does !!!

Well, The ASA was configured and I was working remote through SSH and Telnet.
Without any messages the ASA doesn?t respond any Telnet and SSH request, and I tried to go with ADSM tool and I got the following messages:
"ADSM is unable to read the configuration from ASA since it is currently synching"
What does it means ? How can I get the console without reset the ASA ?
