Take a look at the attached FirePower Access Control rule. Does the attached rule mean:
FirePower, Access Control
1) Block outbound connections for all SQL apps only on destination port 1433
or
2) Block outbound connection for all SQL apps on any port AND block any application on destination port 1433?

As per your screenshot, that option 1 correct. but we are not sure if the above rule has any generic allow any, this will be ignored.
