Recovering of Cisco IPS password

I have a Cisco IPS 4720. After joining my organization have not received the password of the Cisco IPS 4720 from my senior. He is telling that he forgot the same. Kindly help me in recovering the password.

Dear Balaji Sir

Actually the IPS is 10 years older and have no AMC. Moreover I don't have any config file also along with me. So it is very much difficult for me to boot the device. Moreover have no CD to insert in the CD-ROM drive. Please suggest some more options.
