You can reset enable password by recovery procedure with simplicity then reset it to default factory.

okay.. now.. i need to reset it to factory default.. how would i do that?:)

First of all recover the password through its procedure (http://www.cisco.com/warp/public/110/34.shtml) then login to the PIX and execute "write erase" at privileged mode.
After that when you reload it, the cisco pix return to default factory.

If you're going to upgrade to version 7.x, you should to upgrade memmory depend on your license.
if you have PIX-515E with UnRestricted/Failover license you should have 128MB RAM and if you have Restricted license, you should have 64MB RAM.
