Secondary FTD HA device is not connected to FMC.

Hi 

I have an issue FTD device is not showing connected to FMC.  Checked HA status is not showing up and able to ping device from FMC. 

How to proceed with troubleshooting.

i would suggest to remove and register with FMC ? or contact TAC if you have smart contract.
