Setting up Vendor ASA off my network (Inside/Outside interface ip addressing)

A Vendor ASA will connect to my Core device via port-channel.

They will need to access a few devices on my network which will be restricted with acl's by address and port.

I have given Vendor a subnet (192.168.53.x) from my network to use for their devices that will hang off Inside interface of this ASA.

My question is, Can I Split the 192.168.53.x subnet to use for both Inside and Outside interfaces?

I do not want to have to burn more than 1 subnet range for this limited network.

Outside would be 192.168.53.253/32

Inside would be 192.168.53.1/25

What adverse issues would/could be caused by this?

That should work just fine. As long as the subnets don't overlap it will work.
