Site to Site vpn with 1 Static ip and 1 dynamically assigned

Hi Everyone

I currently setup a remote site with a ASA5505, their outside int gets their ip dynamically. The site to site vpn works, however to have it in a cleaner setup, i would like to have the tunnel come up regardless of whatever dynamic ip my remote asa gets.

The static ip is on an ASA 5510

Remote asa 5505

they are both running 8.4.5
