Traffic failed to work on VPN connection btw Router C831 & Cisco VPN 3000

I set up a VPN connection btw c831 & VPN 3000. The connection is up but there is no traffic goes thru. I would like to know if I need to configure the VPN 3000 to encrypt the packets. If yes, how should I do it? In the c831 router, I have configured the packets to be encrypted.

crypto map BPSITE 10 ipsec-isakmp

set peer remote_ip_address

set security-association lifetime seconds 10000

set transform-set ABC

set pfs group2

match address BP2BP

ip access-list extended BP2BP

permit ip local_subnet host remote_host
