We have recently deployed umbrella, couple of our users are having issues opening a Citrix receiver (for a third party connection) when they're off-site (connected by Anyconnect with umbrella module)
- When the users are in the office and on the coporate network, there is no issue.
- We had a look on the umbrella logs/report but we're not seeing any blocks or this user.
- We even set up a new rule to allow this user without any security restrictions on umbrella but no luck
- The only way we can get this to work is by disabling umbrella,
Has anyone had this issue?

Hello Tboy, when you say a "couple of our users are having issues opening a Citrix..." does that mean it is working for some of your users offsite but not others, or is it not working for anyone offsite? Also, "connected by Anyconnect with umbrella module," is that umbrella module the Roaming Client?

Should have been clearer, we only have 2 users using this external service. its not working for either of them.
Yes, umbrella roaming client.
We're in the process of pulling diagnostics from the umbrella module, as we may have to raise a TAC. Will keep you updated
