@adity the memory requirements were increased a couple of versions ago, you will require increasing the memory to 28-32GB minimum before upgrading.

https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/products/collateral/security/firesight-management-center/datasheet-c78-736775.html

"All models of the FMC Virtual platform will operate with the same RAM requirements: 32 GB recommended; 28 GB required."

Hey Rob,

We already increased the RAM from the Server end also rebooted the FMC-V. but it still shows the error.

It appears from your screenshot that you already are running 7.2.5 on a KVM-based hypervisor. So you must indeed already have sufficient RAM. The upgrade script obviously disagrees thus the conflict. It looks like a potential bug. What KVM hypervisor are you using?

Is there a specific reason why you are moving to 7.3.1?That's a short term release and doesn't have many new features over 7.2.x and doesn't benefit from the many bug fixes in 7.2.4/7.2.4.1/7.2.5.

Hey Marvin,

We are using Nautanix hypervisor for FMC.

and  the reason behind to upgrade on 7.3.1 is my FTD.

We have purchased 2 FTD 3105 recently and they came with 7.3.1 software version and as per the cisco recomm that FMC version should be same or high than the FTD version.

Can you suggest me on which version I have to move my FMC and FTD.
