Upgrading FTD from FMC

Hi,

ive seen a guide from Cisco on how to upgrade the FTD devices under its control within FMC. 

I upload the latest patch for the FTD 2110 from Cisco and try to install from FMC - it keeps saying no devices meet the criteria. I’m wondering if I’m uploading patch files and not the correct upgrade file for these?

Can you provide info on the current FTD/FMC version and what exactly you have uploaded to the FMC? Filename etc..

Thanks - been using this to download the latest version

i upload the patch and it says no appliance available to apply it to. 

Running 6.2 on the FTD and 6.2.3 on FMC

I have clicked on find updates in FMC and it shows some patches but nothing to do with upgrades.

For the FTD i believe you will need to first upgrade to 6.2.3 from here

https://software.cisco.com/download/home/286312080/type/286306337/release/6.2.3

You can then patch to 6.2.3.10 as you were trying.
