We have a VPN Concentrator 3005 and PIX 525 and Radius server (Funk Software). Last weekend, we had to power off all the systems due to electrical maintenance in the building. When we powered on everything on Monday, the users can authenticate through VPN and get to our internal network. However, they can't get on the internet. The solution was to power off and power on the VPN Concentrator. Can you think of any reasons why we needed to power off and power on the VPN Concentrator in order to get on the internet? Is there an order that we need power on the equipment? Thanks.

There is no such requirement to reboot the concentrator, but possibility is that you have a split tunnelling that did not work for some reason which started working after you rebooted the same.

Is there a way for me to find out if I have a split tunnelling that did not work? I will need to power off the VPN Concentrator again soon. Thanks.
